First Crossfit

An easy workout

I really need to tone it up.

So I’v decided to start a new fitness journey with crossfit, a quick & effective workout.

squats- 50/30/15/10
push-ups- 20/15/10/5
sit-ups- 30/25/20/15
lunges-20/16/12/8

*This means do 50 squats, 20 push-ups, 30 sit-ups, 20 lunges, then start back with 30 squats, 15 push-ups, and so on… 

I have to admit this takes me 30 min to achieve the circuit…

I sweat a lil bit .The weirdest thing it that i’v done this workout wearing underwear… YES! I want to see the amount of work if I have to do .

Got to tell you there is a lot to do in there.

After my workout I enjoyed a hot cup of tea

Again & Again

Like every week I start by saying tomorrow.

I’ll do this tommorrow.

Well I’ll start my diet tomorrow because lately I’v been really lazy .

I only attend gym for boxing class which is completly insane but not enough to have real good result and relisea endorphins.. Natural and legalized drugs. Plus if I want to lose that belly , no more excuses.

But lately have been really hard at work but I ‘v to decide , commit & suceed.

I’v done it last year And  get good result with insanity. Am I ready to start all  over again?

Not that sure, for the moment as we are about to move to a new apartment.

But definetly I’ll hit the gym more often.

Today I had a bowl of strawberry for breakfast it was really refreshing just what i needed and a creamy capuccino.

 

Things gets ugly at Lunch when I had a cheese pizza with cucumber

urgh…

What do you do to calm down and stop over-eating?

Eat Clean

I everyone.Sorry but lately I was not able to post, I am engaged.

Yeeeeeh my boyfirend made his proposal , we went to a romantic restaurant and I had best pasta ever, I ate again and again.. lol

I have to celebrate.. But I ‘v seen myself in a mirror and I really need to get in shape for my wedding and for myself and my future husband as well.

But.. I like to eat to be honest and lately I am craving for pizza… So I have to try the Cauliflower pizza crust for dinner I have to admit. DELICIOUS!

Winter trouble

It’s winter and that time of year goes with colds and flus. And I’v been cought right in the middle of this.

Our body’s immune system is a natural and powerful defense team against internal rogue cells and potentially harmful invaders – detrimental bacteria and viruses. But in the winter time  our defenses are down, i.e. our immune system is not getting the rest and the nourishment of specific enzymes and nutrients,  so we are more fragile and susceptible to colds and flu, as I currently do…

On the other hand, today’s average diet and stressful lifestyle can deplete a body of the vital raw material that it needs to do its job, weakening the immune system and potentially leading to illness.  Common contributing factors are:

  • Eating too much sugar
  • Not getting enough rest
  • Using insufficient strategies to address emotional stressors

So I didn’t really work out lately because I was reaaaally sick.

But as I can breathe now , I’ll attend pilate class.

This morning I was feelling better so i had a tasty breakfast with pain au chocolat humm. My boyfriend and I like to have some viennese pastry on sunday once in a while. But I confess eating those pice of paradise in the middle of the week is like a sin…

Where to begin with?

I was really sick with a bad cold, so I bought a green magma to make me some green drink.

Mixed the greed magma with Carolina (an orange/carott juice from Gayelord Hauser) , wasn’t that good, I confess but maybe i’ll get us to that weird taste…
