An easy workout
I really need to tone it up.
So I’v decided to start a new fitness journey with crossfit, a quick & effective workout.
*This means do 50 squats, 20 push-ups, 30 sit-ups, 20 lunges, then start back with 30 squats, 15 push-ups, and so on…
I have to admit this takes me 30 min to achieve the circuit…
I sweat a lil bit .The weirdest thing it that i’v done this workout wearing underwear… YES! I want to see the amount of work if I have to do .
Got to tell you there is a lot to do in there.
After my workout I enjoyed a hot cup of tea
